Event of Guest Lecture on Awareness On Capital Market

The Department of Financial Planning organized Guest Lecture on”Awareness On Capital Market”on 24/01/2023 in G-Meet. The Guest speaker and expert of the session was Dr.S.Saranya, Head of Department – Management Studies, SIVET College, Chennai. The session began with the welcome address and introduction of the speaker by Ms. Anurekha, Assistant Professor. The Guest speaker overtook the session . She shared how capital market provide a platform for long term investment. The Guest speaker used real life examples which were useful to the students. The session was interesting and informative to the students as they were made aware about stock exchange and how trading of shares takes place in the stock exchange . The session ended with the vote of thanks by D.Ramya, Assistant Professor. On behalf of the Department, we express our gratitude to our Honourable President for the encouragement and support.
