Guest Lecture on Research Methodology

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Association with IEEE MGR Student Chapter conducted ” Guest Lecture” on Research Methodology for Students of final EEE, BME, BMI & EIE department on 23rd November 2022. The Speaker of the session was Ms. V. Jayashree Shivkumar, Retd Additional Director, SCT G, CVRDE. The lecture was held in offline mode with 15 students and all faculty members participated. The session commenced at 2.00 PM. The programme was hosted by Ms.Mythili of 4th year BME. The Welcome Address was given by Dr. K. Saravanan, Head- EEE. The Guest Introduction was given by Dr. F. Fareeza, Associate Professor. The Vote of thanks was given by Mr. Tharun Adithya of 4th year BME. The speaker elaborated about various research activities related to electrical, Instrumentation and biomedicine to the students. She also shared her experience in working for CVRDE, DRDO and the various responsibilities she held there. The session was interactive and concluded with a Q & A session. At the outset, we like to thank our HoD Dr. K. Saravanan, for his guidance, Association convener Dr. F. Fareeza, Organizing secretary Mrs. B. R. Sankari, Faculty members & Students for their active participation. Also, we would like to thank our Honourable President for the support and encouragement and thank our Vice Chancellor, Pro vice Chancellor, Registrar & Additional Registrar for the support and motivation to conduct the event.
