The Faculty of Law would like to share the Report on 6th Lecture series on the topic “Execution Proceedings”. The Speaker Prof. Dr. Jayagowri delivered an excellent views over execution law under Civil Procedure Code. She provides her valuable insights on the practical experience of executing the decree in favour of decree-holder in India. The esteemed speaker have also deliberated the contemporary scenario over the topic. As a last stage of litigation, execution is the prominent stage where complete justice to the people can be achieved. The enforcement proceedings are the basic tool in incorporating justice in India. Thus the lecture on the topic recieves an honour by the students of the faculty of law.
The lecture was conducted with guidance of Director and Dean, FOL. The warm welcome was given by Ms. Lavanya student, FOL. The session was wholly assisted and managed by Mrs. M. Yuga Nandhini, Lecturer and Ms.V.Kamala priya, Asst Prof., FOL. The session was ended with vote of thanks by Mrs. Bharathy student, FOL.
