We the Faculty of Law would like to share the report of 5th Lecture series on the topic “Implementation and Challenges of E- Contracts in India”.
The Speaker Dr. S.K.Balashanmugam gave an eye- opening views of E- Contracts and E-Agreements which have the same legal effect as that of a paper agreement, its validity and enforceability in India.
The Series was conducted with guidance of Director and Dean of FOL, the welcome speech was given by our faculty Mrs.Sumithra, followed by the chief guest’ s oration. It was followed by students interaction through questionnaire session. The Series ended with 1st year LLB student Mr. Nandha balan’s vote of thanks.
We also extend our thankfulness to our Hon’ble President who stands as pillar and supports our Dept in conducting the Lecture series.
