The Department of Physics, Adayalampattu Phase II Campus organised A Guest lecture on “Microwave in 5G Technology ” on 13.09.2022 . Dr .F. Gerald, Associate Professor, Dept of CSE, Dr.MGR Educational and Research Institute was invited to be the resource person of the day. The session was very much interesting and explained about the impact of Microwave in 5G technology in lucid manner. It gave an insight knowledge to the students on the applications of Microwave. He glimpsed on small cell, beamforming, performance and features of 5G technology. We are impressed to receive wonderful feedback from the students. The event was hosted by Dr.J.P.Suchitra, followed by welcome address by Ms.Deiva barathi III BSc Physics. Felicitation address by Dr. A. R. Arunachalam Dean(Academics phase II campus). Introduction of chief guest by Ms.Yuvalakshmi II M SC Physics and vote of thanks by Mr. Guhan III B.Sc Physics .
