Today the chemistry students visited the organic lab at 9 Am to perform HPLC. They have weighed 2mg of the sample which was dissolved with methanol and placed the sample in the holder.
Mobile phase was solvent, water and acetonitrile
Each sample took 70mins and today they have completed 3 samples and 1 blank. They noted the readings and returned to hostel
