Department of Biotechnology’s Day – 15 Report

Morning around 9.30 am Lalith Kumarr had breakfast in cafeteria and he proceeded to his lab work in Postgraduate Biotechnology lab, and continued to do Rotavapor for the left samples Acacia leucophloea (Roxb.)Willd leaves…. Followed by it he visited Animal Biotechnology lab and viewed the sub cultured cells in Microscope and changed the media for all the LO2 cells, HDF cells, HepG2 cells and kept it in incubator to grow. Then he had lunch in a cafeteria near by his hostel and returned back to hostel room.Then he had dinner around 9.30pm….
