Faculty of Education is elated to share the report of the second subject lecture held on 3.2.2022 on the topic ‘Ethical Values’ delivered by Dr. P.Senthamizh Pavai both online and offline. The objective of the subject lecture is to bring out descendant of rights from wrong actions among the students. The lecture delivered had an insight on the Ethical values that is considered acceptable or desirable behaviour, above and beyond compliance with laws and regulations. It may be that the values are implicit rather than explicit.
Regardless of whether it had adopted one or more of the Core Moral Values, it is vital that the leaders strive to create a work environment that is fair, respectful, compassionate, honest, and responsible. Some of the principles incorporates the characteristics and values that most people associate with ethical behavior like Honesty, Integrity, Promise-keeping & trustworthiness, Loyalty, Fairness, Concern for others, Respect for others and Law abiding. The session was interesting and informative.
