Final day of FDP Report on Mentoring Teaching and Pedagogy in Technical Education organized by First year E&T and Academic Staff College. The program was facilitated by Dr.Ponsekhar Abraham, Dean, Academic Staff College, Medical. The session was handled by Dr.Bobby Mahanta, Principal, Balurghat, B.Ed College, Mangalpur. She gave detailed view of synchronous and asynchronous online learning methods. She elaborated about the challenges faced in Online learning and the benefits of In-Process learning methods.
