The department of HRM is delighted in sharing the sucess report of a webinar organized by the department of HRM on the topic HR DISRUPTION- RETOOLING THE CORPORATE LEARNING TO CREATE FUTURE READY WORK FORCE . The event commenced with a warm welcome address by Dr.R.Jayam, HoD, the chief guest for the day Ms. Maneesha Sharma, Speaker, Life Coach, Influencer, Transformer.Ms. N.Ramya, AP/HRM performed the beautiful task mastering the event. Followed by the chief guest introduction by Ms. Nivedha Rajid, AP/HRM.
Our resource person ensured to deliver an enriching and an informative session. She further explained that the future workforce of tomorrow needs a diverse array of skills and a winning mindset, the organisation is the bedrock which develops and sustains this. We are also extremely delighted to receive excellent feedback from our registrants. Finally the formal vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. N. Ramya.
