Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Department of Information Technology of Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute , under the benevolence of our Honorable President Er.A.C.S Arun Kumar sir, organized a Technology Talk on ” Convolutional Neural Network” on 13-09-2021 at 11.00 AM.
The event started with welcome address given by Dr. N. Kanya, Head of the Department. Following that Ms.Tharani III-IT, introduced the guest speaker of the day Mr.R.Hariharan., Assistant Professor, dept of IT,Vel Tech University. After that the session was handed over to him. Mr. Hariharan elaborated about “Convolutional Neural Networks”. He demonstrated the scope of Machine learning as well as the Neural Networks. He focussed on its advantages in day to day life . The lecture was very beneficial to the participants.
Ms. Nasreenbanu, III IT, gave the formal Vote of Thanks. The session was streamed live through the department YouTube channel. The complete session was hosted by Mr.A.Kameshwaran, Assistant Professor/IT.
