Professor and Architect Anil Ravindranathan was invited from SCMS school of Architecture, Kochi to give a brief presentation on Life and Fire safety aspects to be followed in constructing a medium/ high rise apartment. He has been authorized to offer consultancy services to new and existing projects in Dubai.
The event highlights the rules of fire safety from NBC of India and NFPA of USA. Few major points like the exit access, exit corridors, placement of staircases, incorporating wet and dry risers, provision of refuge area were highlighted during the event.
